With over 25 years in the environmental scene of the United States Mr. Figueroa brings to our clients a level of expertise paralled by few. Mr. Figueroa’s founded AGES in 1990. His expertise is in environmental site assessments, contaminant fate and transport, petroleum hydrocarbon contamination, aquifer (pumping) tests, aquifer characterization, digital modeling and wellfield design. Mr. Figueroa funded AGES in 1990.
Mr. Figueroa is a National Groundwater Association Certified Groundwater Professional (CGWP). He holds a BS in Geology, an MS in Environmental Management and an MS in Global Management.

Mr. Delgado’s expertise is in phase I/II environmental site assessments/characterization programs, materials sampling (soil, surface and groundwater, sludges, paint and bulk materials, etc.). drilling, well installation, geological studies and government (EPA/EQB) programs, including Superfund, Brownfields, UST, UIC, CES, Solid Waste, and others. Mr. Delgado has over 14 years of experience in the environmental and geological consulting business. He holds an MS in Geology. He is also a Registered Environmental Manager (NREP), and a Puerto Rico licensed geologist. Mr. Delgado has been in the company for over 9 years.
Mr. Rivera’s expertise is in project health and safety, environmental hazards and industrial occupational health and safety. Mr. Rivera also conducts environmental site assessment, implements remedial action programs, UST closure and other regulated environmental programs. Mr. Rivera holds a BS in Environmental Sciences and is currently completing post graduate studies in environmental Risks.

Mr. Galletti has been in the company since the beginning, in 1990. He brings to the company a level of expertise which is paralled by few in Puerto Rico. Throughout his career, he has conducted many environmental investigation, monitoring programs and hydrogeological and geotechnical drilling. His duties in AGES range from environmental monitoring, instrumentation and sampling, to drilling.
Mr. Flores's duties in AGES are multifaceted. He is not only a field technical expert, a highly skilled environmental and drilling technician, but he is also our store manager and keeper, insuring that all products we sell are in stock.

Natanael Vales
Draftsman / Digital Graphic Professional
With a strong focus in the environmental sciences, Mr. Vales is a highly specialized digital graphics professional. His expertise is in remote sensing, contaminant fate and transport modeling, drafting, construction drawings, and digital imaging. Mr. Vales has been 8 years in the company. Mr. Vales holds degrees in architectural drafting and engineering technology. He is member of "Colegio de Delineantes de Puerto Rico" and certified by Autodesk.
Mrs. Serrano is our Executive Assistant. She is in charge of marketing, bids, costs estimates and proposals, customer service, purchasing and general office management. Mrs. Serrano has been in the company since 1994.

Mrs. Vallejo has been in the company since the beginning in 1990. She is our administrative manager and accounting assistant.
Ms. Ortiz has a BS in Office Management Systems. She is in charge of reception, customer care, all data entry, permits and office supply.
